The “Stress Less” seminar teaches you to eliminate stress through diet, exercise and positive thinking.

The purpose of this 45 minute seminar is to teach you to cope with stress and minimize the effects of it on your mind and body. I use unique techniques such as smile therapy, connectivity with nature, exercise, diet and hydration to win the war against stress and allow your mind and body to operate at its full potential.
